For Producers
Producers are invited to submit their shows or show ideas for broadcast on Hope Channel. If the show has already been produced, please send a sample DVD of the show to our world headquarters office in Silver Spring, MD USA.
If you are in pre-production, please request our programming policies and guidelines. This important document will give you all the information you need to correctly produce your show for broadcast on Hope Channel.
Hope Channel invites producers to submit shows and proposals for programs that cover a wide range of subjects and television styles. Biographies, documentaries, first person stories, travel, adventure, interesting talk shows, health, children's and young adult programming are the most desireable types of programs we seek.
Producers are invited to attend a special meeting with Hope Channel leadership every year held during the National Association of Broadcasters Convention (NAB). E-mail us for information on the time and location.
Hope Channel strongly supports independent producers who wish to produce for us. One of the ways we do this is to provide a mechanism for producers to raise funds and for individuals to donate to your production. If your show proposal is accepted, Hope Channel will approve your production as an official Hope Channel project and open an account for donors to make donations to your show. All donations to your project will go to your show. If you are interested in learning more, you may request a document explaining the Independent Producers Funding Policy.
