Everyone knows they need a will (or a trust) as the cornerstone of their estate plan. Perhaps you haven't yet obtained a will or your current one is hopelessly outdated. May I suggest a New Year's resolution for you? Make January 2012 the month you start and FINISH this essential document.

At the site, click on the green "Plan Your Will" button. Be certain to take advantage of the View Videos section that contains many helpful and informative videos. When you’re ready to get started, click on the white “Create a New Account” button. Your account is secure, confidential, and password protected. No one will have access to your account, not even me, unless of course you provide the authorization.
Once you’ve entered all the data, you may print it out and take it to your attorney. If you don’t have an attorney, you may select one from our network of attorneys in your state. You can visit your chosen attorney or you can provide your account’s password so the attorney can access the data and draft your documents.
