Cable Networks
Cable Networks refer to any systems where viewers are linked to the broadcaster by cable.
Examples of such networks include:
- Private networks linking homes in high-density residential areas
- Public networks - hospitals, universities, prisons, vacation resorts
The broadcaster or Cable Head may receive the Hope Channel feed by satellite or high-speed Internet (if quality is adequate) and redistribute to subscribers.
We offer Hope Channel to the Cable Networks FREE OF CHARGE. In some cases, the Cable Networks already have or are willing to purchase the downlink equipment. In other cases we find donors who will donate the downlink equipment. We do not pay monthly charges.
A simple contract is required, giving permission for the Cable Network to broadcast Hope Channel, subject to certain conditions. Further details are available on application. Please email us at: techinfo (at) hopetv.org
