Hope Channel Europe is moving to another location in your program listing. There is no change, though, with your dish. Leave it untouched.
 
The owner of the satellite is moving Hope Channel Europe to another place in your program line-up.
 
The best thing to do is to let your satellite receiver do the work for you. Consult the manual that came with your receiver. With most of the receivers it will be somewhat like this:
 
Press the MENU button
Then go to Channel Searching, and then to Transponder.
You might want to avoid “Automatic search” because it takes a long time and sometimes mixes up your current list of programs.
You have found the correct window for the Transponder search when you can enter the Frequency information.
Enter here—depending on the order of items you see on the table on the screen—the following information:

Satellite: Hotbird 6

Transponder: 125

D/L Freq: 11013.00 MHz

Pol: Horizontal

SR: 27.500 Msps

FEC: 3/4

By pressing OK you start the search process.
Choose Free Channels to be searched.
This will take only a few seconds.
Then you’ll see a table with about 10 to 15 new programs, among them Hope Channel Europe with the new frequency.
Save or activate “HOPE CHANNEL” by “Append automatically.“
Now you can leave the menu by pressing EXIT.
 
Now open your list of programs as you usually do. Most likely, the new location of Hope Channel Europe will be near the end of that long list. Your manual can tell you how to move it more to the front.
In case you don’t find your way in the Menu structure of your receiver, consult your manual or a more experienced or professional person.
