BAKED OATMEAL

Ingredients

 

3 C rolled oats

 

¾ C coconut, unsweetened

 

¾ C chopped dates

 

¾ t sea salt

 

1 t vanilla

 

5 C soymilk

 

2 T oil (optional)

 

Directions:

 

Mix ingredients thoroughly and pour into 9” baking dish.

 

Top with slivered almonds or other nuts.

 

Bake 1 hr @350°F.

 

Serve with pineapple or fresh fruit.
