FRUIT JAM

Ingredients

 

1 C chopped dates

1 C chopped dried apricots

1 C crushed pineapple (including juice)

Zest of one lemon

 

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil on med-low heat, stirring occasionally.

Turn heat off.

Leave lid on and allow to cool.

When soft, blend.

Use as jam.

Freezes well.
