PIZZA

Ingredients

 

Wholewheat pizza base

 

Tomato sauce

 

Assorted vegetables

 

Canned sliced pineapple

 

Pouring cheese

 

Directions:

 

Put wholewheat pizza base or wholewheat pita bread on cooking sheet. Cover with tomato sauce.

 

Add sliced vegetables that have been gently sauteed eg. onion, mushrooms, asparagus, artichokes, eggplant, zucchini squash, etc.

 

Add finely sliced pineapple.

 

Drizzle with pouring cheese.

 

Bake in hot oven 20 mins.
