CREAMY PASTA SAUCE

Ingredients

 

2 C water

 

½ C stewed tomatoes

 

½ C white flour

 

¼ C yeast flakes

 

1½ T lemon juice

 

3 T nuts or seeds

 

2 t onion powder

 

1½ t salt

 

Directions:

 

Blend smooth all but 1½ c water.

 

Empty into saucepan.

 

Rinse blender with remaining water.

 

Add to sauce pan.

 

Simmer 5-10 mins, stirring.

 

Serve warm over wholewheat pasta.
