FRUIT SOUP

Ingredients

 

½ C tapioca

 

4 C pineapple juice

 

½ C dried apricot pieces or raisins

 

4 C orange juice

 

2 sliced bananas

 

2 C diced apples

 

1 C pineapple chunks

 

2 chopped oranges

 

Directions:

 

Place in saucepan:

 

½ C tapioca

 

4 C pineapple juice

 

½ C dried apricot pieces or raisins

 

Stir over low heat until tapioca becomes clear.

 

Add:

 

4 C orange juice

 

2 sliced bananas

 

2 C diced apples

 

1 C pineapple chunks

 

2 chopped oranges

 

Substitute any fruit that is in season.

 

Serve hot or cold.
