HASH BROWNS

Ingredients

 

1 red potato

 

¼ onion

 

sprinkle garlic powder

 

pinch salt

 

Directions:

 

Scrub red potatoes, leaving skins on.

 

Grate into small bowl.

 

Add ¼ small grated onion, pinch of garlic powder and salt.

 

Put into pammed hot waffle iron.

 

Cook until crispy and steam stops (approximately 10 min).
