SOY MAYONNAISE

Ingredients

 

1 C water

 

1/8 – ¼ t garlic powder

 

½ C olive or canola oil

 

1 t onion powder

 

½ C Soy Supreme or soy milk powder ½ t salt

 

2 t lemon juice

 

Directions:

 

Blend first 5 ingredients.

 

Then SLOWLY add olive oil while blending.

 

Stop blender and add lemon juice.

 

Add ½ t each dill, thyme, marjoram and basil or chives for ranch flavor.
