Ingredients

 

2 slices, whole wheat bread

 

2 slices, firm tofu

 

2 leaves, romaine lettuce

 

1 tablespoon vegenaise

 

1 teaspoon, whole grain mustard

 

1/2 avocado, sliced

 

1 slice of onion

 

Directions:

 

Combine in the manner normally accorded a sandwich and enjoy!
