1 C water


2 T Bragg’s Liquid Aminos


1 C Quick oats


1 T oil


1 t onion powder


1 t honey


½ t sage


1 T yeast flakes


½ t garlic powder


½ t Italian seasoning




Combine water and seasonings and bring to boil.


Add oats and simmer for 5 min.


Put the lid on pot and let cool for approximately 10 min.


Form small patties and bake on pammed cookie sheets @ 350°F for 15 min.


Turn and bake another 15 min.


Freezes well.


Variation: replace oats with rice flakes.
