GOLDEN MACAROONS

Ingredients

 

1 packed C grated raw carrots

 

1 C quick rolled oats

 

½ C water

 

½ t sea salt

 

1/3 C sweetener

 

1 t vanilla

 

1 ½ C grated coconut

 

Directions:

 

Dry blend oats to make oat flour.

 

Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

 

Let sit 10 min.

 

Firmly pack dough into tablespoon-sized drops and drop on oiled cookie sheet.

 

Bake @ 350°F 30 min.
