WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Ingredients

 

4 cups whole wheat flour

 

1.5 cups warm water

 

2.5 teaspoons instant yeast

 

1.5 teaspoons salt

 

Directions:

 

In a large mixing bowl, combine wheat and salt.

 

Add water.

 

Sprinkle yeast on the water and let it dissolve briefly.

 

Mix and knead dough for about 10 minutes.

 

Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise one hour.

 

Place in bread pan and bake at 450 for 30 to 40 minutes.
