EASY WHOLE-WHEAT PASTRY

Ingredients

 

1/3 C oil

 

½ C warm water

 

1 T liquid Lecithin

 

2 C whole-wheat pastry flour

 

1 t sea salt

 

Directions:

 

In a small bowl beat with a fork:

 

1/3 C oil

 

½ C warm water

 

1 T liquid Lecithin

 

In another bowl combine:

 

2 C whole-wheat pastry flour

 

1 t sea salt

 

Make a well in center and gently mix with fork, forming a ball. Roll out.

 

Makes 2 – 9” crusts.

 

For a pre-baked crust, prick the crust with fork and bake for approximately 10-15 min @ 375°F and cool before filling.
