HALVA

Ingredients

 

1 C tahini or sesame butter

 

1¼ C soy milk powder

 

½ C honey

 

slivered almonds

 

Directions:

 

Mix honey and tahini well in large bowl and add milk powder until stiff, but creamy dough forms.

 

Add more powder if necessary.

 

Press into sprayed 8” x 8” glass pan and garnish with slivered almonds.

 

Chill and cut into small squares to serve.
