ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Ingredients

 

1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved lengthwise

 

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

 

Toss all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, until evenly coated.

 

Place in baking pan, arranging in a single layer.

 

Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees, until golden brown.
