OLIVE HUMMUS

Ingredients

 

1 can chickpeas (retaining half the liquid)

 

2 cloves garlic

 

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

2 tablespoons tahini (sesame butter)

 

Juice of one lime

 

Olives to taste

 

Salt to taste

 

Directions:

 

Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
