Krinkle Bars

Ingredients

 

¾ C honey

 

 

 

½ t sea salt

 

1 C almond butter or peanut butter

 

¼ C carob powder

 

2 t vanilla extract

 

2 t almond extract

 

6 C crispy/puffed brown rice cereal

 

 

 

Directions:

Bring to the boil:

¾ C agave nectar

 

Add:

 

½ t sea salt

 

1 C almond butter or peanut butter

 

Stir well then add:

 

¼ C carob powder

 

2 t vanilla extract

 

2 t almond extract

 

Stir in 6 C crispy/puffed brown rice cereal

 

Quickly press into pammed 9x12 pan while warm and immediately cut in squares.

 

Cool in refrigerator.
