Cashew Nut Roll



1 1/2 C unsalted cashew nuts


1/4 C Bragg's liquid aminos


1 C Quick Oats



1 Onion


2 Tomatoes

1/2 red bell pepper

1/2 C Parsley

3 Tbsp of olive oil

2 Garlic cloves




In a blender add Bragg's liquid aminos, chopped tomatoes, and blend.

Then add chopped red bell pepper, and blend.

Add chopped onions, chopped garlic, olive oil and blend.

At last, add the cashew nuts and blend some more.

Pour the mix into a bowl, add parsley and quick oats.

Mix it well and let it sit for about 20 minutes.

Using a spoon set the mix into a non-stick pan and bake it at 350 for about 40 mins, or until its golden.
