Isabel’s Corn Muffins

Ingredients

 

1 c white flour

 

1 c fine cornmeal

 

1 c whole wheat flour

 

2 Tbsp baking powder

 

1 tsp salt

 

½ c honey

 

1½ c warm water

 

Directions:

 

Combine well:

 

1 c white flour

 

1 c fine cornmeal

 

1 c whole wheat flour

 

2 Tbsp baking powder

 

1 tsp salt

 

In measuring jug combine:

 

½ c honey

 

1½ c warm water

 

Add wet to dry ingredients and barely mix until just moistened.

 

Fill oiled muffin tins and bake 350 for 25-30 mins.
