Kurly Kale

Ingredients

 

1 Tbsp oil

 

1 medium onion, chopped

 

1 red bell pepper, chopped

 

6 – 8 oz kale

 

Directions:

 

Saute onion in oil and a little water until transparent.

 

Add bell pepper and kale and continue steaming with lid on, until kale is well cooked.
