Oil-Free Oat Crackers

Ingredients

 

½ cup raw sunflower seeds

 

½ cup water

 

½ tsp salt

 

1 tsp onion powder

 

2 cups oat flour

 

Directions:

 

Blend together seeds, seasonings and water.

 

Add to oat flour.

 

Mix together and knead slightly.

 

Roll between plastic wrap.

 

Score into cracker-sized shapes.

 

Bake at 425 oF (220 oC) til slightly browned.
