Wheat Crackers

Ingredients

 

2 cups whole wheat flour

 

½ cup olive oil

 

½ cup water

 

½ tsp salt

 

Directions:

 

Combine oil, water and salt and whisk til frothy or blend.

 

Add to flour mix, don’t knead very much so that gluten chains don’t form.

 

Dough should be a little drier than cookie dough.

 

Roll flat between plastic wrap, score with a knife into cracker-sized squares and place on a cookie sheet.

 

Bake in preheated oven at 350oF for 10 minutes.

 

Do not allow to brown as it will become bitter.
