Sunflower-Seed Casserole



2 C sunflower seeds


2 C cashews


3/4 C water


1 C mushrooms


5 C cooked brown rice


1 onion


2 1/2 t vegetable broth


1 t salt


3 T Bragg Liquid Aminos


2 T nutritional yeast


1/4 t garlic powder




Grind sunflower seeds finely.


Blend cashews, water and mushrooms in blender until smooth.


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.


Mix thoroughly.


Place in oiled casserole dish and cover.


Bake at 325 oF for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake a further 45 minutes (90 minutes total).
