Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

 

1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut milk

 

2 tablespoons agave nectar

 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1/4 cup chia seeds

 

 

 

Directions

 

Mix milk, agave, and vanilla extract together in a jug.

 

Stir in chia seeds and immediately pour into serving dishes to set.

 

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

 

Serve with fresh fruit.
