Roasted Chickpeas or Beans



Soybeans, Chickpeas or Pinto beans


1 Tbsp yeast flakes


¼ tsp onion powder


Pinch of garlic powder


Pinch salt






Open the can and drain, rinse and dry the beans with a paper towel


Place dry beans in roasting dish, sprinkle with other ingredients and salt


Roast 400 oF (200 oC) for 25-30 mins
