Guacamole

Ingredients:

 

2 ripe avocados

 

½ red onion minced

 

2 Tbsp cilantro (leaves and tender stems) finely chopped

 

1 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice

 

½ tsp coarse salt

 

½ ripe tomato

 

Directions:

 

Peel avocados and mash in a bowl.

 

Add remaining ingredients, except tomato.

 

Remove the seeds of the tomato, chop and add immediately before serving.

 

Garnish with radishes.

 

Serve with corn chips and salsa
