Sesame Parmesan Sprinkle

Ingredients

 

1 C unhulled sesame seeds

2 Tbsp chicken-style seasoning

1 C nutritional yeast flakes

 

2 Tbsp lemon juice

 

2 tsp onion powder

 

1 ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions

 

Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet for 5 min (stirring constantly).

 

Cool and blend seeds until finely ground.

 

Pour into bowl and add the remaining ingredients.

 

Mix with a fork until lumps are uniform.

 

Store in airtight container in refrigerator - keeps about 1 month.
