Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

 

15 oz. can pumpkin purée

 

2 cups milk of your choice eg. almond, soy, rice, coconut water

 

2 cups ice

 

2 Tbsp maple syrup

 

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

 

1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice, or combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice

 

 

 

Directions

 

Combine all ingredients in blender for 1 - 2 mins

 

Chill for 1 hour.
