Roasted Veggie Fries

Ingredients

 

1 lb root veggies eg carrots, parsnips, beets, potatoes, cut into ¼ inch sticks

 

2 tsp olive oil

 

½ tsp herb salt

 

Directions

 

Place veggie sticks in a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.

 

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat.

 

Bake, uncovered at 450o for 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
