Nutty Banana Pudding

Ingredients

 

2 very ripe bananas

 

1 ½ cups milk

 

½ cup creamy peanut or almond butter

 

3 Tbsp chia seeds

 

 

 

Directions

 

In a blender, puree the banana, milk and peanut butter

 

Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the chia seeds.

 

Cover with lid and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

 

Stir before serving.

 

Keeps for up to a week!
