Bulgur Wheat Casserole

Ingredients

 

1 cup Bulgur Wheat

 

4 cups of water to soak

 

1 chopped tomatoes

 

½ cup chopped onion

 

½ cup chopped parsley

 

½ cup chopped green onion

 

1 cup chopped mint

 

3 Tbsp olive oil

 

Salt

 

Directions

 

Soak bulgur overnight, or pour boiling water over it, then cover bowl tightly and let stand for 15 minutes.

 

Drain the bulgur well, then transfer to a larger mixing bowl.

 

Add the remaining ingredients: tomato, onion, parsley, green onion, mint, oil, and salt.

 

Mix well and lay the bulgur mixture onto sprayed baking dish.

 

Bake in preheated oven at 350 oF (180 oC) for 30-35 minutes.
