Zesty Tofu & Broccoli



2 Tbsp liquid aminos


1 Tbsp oil


1 tsp red pepper flakes


12 oz. (400g) firm tofu, cut into ½ inch cubes


2 Tbsp cornstarch


1 crown broccoli, cut into flowerets


Sesame seeds for garnish






Coat tofu cubes in cornstarch.


Heat the oil, liquid aminos, and pepper flakes in a skillet.


Toss in the tofu and broccoli and continue tossing occasionally until the broccoli is cooked, but still firm -approximately 5 minutes.


Garnish with sesame seeds
