Sweet Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

 

1 lb Brussel sprouts

 

1 Tbsp olive oil

 

½ tsp salt

 

1 large apple, diced

 

1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

 

 

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC).

 

Cut sprouts in half and sauté, flat side down until just crisp.

 

Combine sprouts, apples, and walnuts in a casserole dish, and bake for 30 minutes, or until apples are cooked.

 

Serve.
